The Black&White Premium Label Fitness Club was an idea and case study aimed at immersing sports enthusiasts in a completely different world when they entered the gym. A blend of elegance and coolness, combined with a gradient color concept from bottom black to top white, was meant to create a premium fitness club in Frankfurt. To reflect the identity of the context, the diamond element was incorporated, which is a typical symbol on the “Bembel glass” for Frankfurt natives. The entrance was to be guided through a kind of chrome bubble, visually leading the visitor through reflections and audibly through motivation speeches into a new world of top-class fitness. Cool pictures of top athletes dressed in elegant suits on the the walls. Premium sports equipment in black completes the project perfectly. Whether it's CrossFit, cardio, or regular strength training, everything the heart desires is available in the large open space. The wellness area is located on the gallery floor, from which you can see into the fitness area, however, is not visible from the open fitness area due to translucent glass. The lighting concept was intended to be particularly special, associating with the dynamic movement of sports. Therefore, in addition to standard lighting, a light installation was designed to run from the entrance to the open area, consisting of light drop lightbars hanging from the ceiling. These are meant to give a pulse of light when a new guest enters or exits the studio.

In this project the light animation shows a drop light installation to infuse a sense of dynamic into the gym, as sports and movement go hand in hand, making this concept as logical as it is obvious.
